New Zealand’s Authority in Industrial Silicone & Polymers

Combining local manufacturing agility with deep polymer and process expertise to deliver reliable,  industrial solutions.

Who we are

Engineering-led polymer manufacturing, built on trust and repeatability.

Siltech Industries is a New Zealand–based manufacturer specialising in silicone rubber components, compression moulding, and industrial surface coatings. For decades, we have supported manufacturers across food processing, industrial equipment, and specialised engineering sectors with materials and processes that perform reliably in demanding environments. Our focus is simple: deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes while protecting our customers’ intellectual property.

Much of our work is confidential by nature, and we take pride in being a trusted long-term manufacturing partner rather than a catalogue supplier. From small, high-precision components through to large-format gaskets and industrial assemblies, we work closely with engineers, maintenance teams, and product designers to ensure materials, processes, and finishes are fit for purpose.

Our approach

We believe strong outcomes come from strong partnerships. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, we take the time to understand each application - including operating conditions, regulatory requirements, and production volumes - before recommending materials or processes. Whether supporting ongoing production or developing a new component, our role is to reduce risk, improve performance, and make your manufacturing process more reliable.

Trust Siltech

Proven Expertise

With decades of hands-on experience in silicone rubber processing, compression moulding, and polymer coatings, our team understands how materials behave under heat, pressure, wear, and chemical exposure. We solve problems others avoid,  from challenging geometries to demanding operating conditions.

Precision & Compliance

Quality and consistency are central to everything we do. Our processes are designed to deliver repeatable results, from material selection through to final inspection. We support food-contact and industrial applications where reliability, traceability, and performance matter.

New Zealand Manufacturing

Manufacturing locally allows us to move quickly, collaborate directly with customers, and maintain tight control over quality. It also reduces supply-chain risk and lead times while providing responsive technical support that offshore suppliers often cannot match.
