Siltech provides specialist PTFE and PFA coating services for commercial food manufacturing and industrial applications where consistent release performance, durability, and hygiene are critical.
A significant portion of our work supports food production environments, including the coating of baking trays, pie trays, sealing bars, and other food-contact components. Our coatings are selected and applied to meet modern food-contact requirements while delivering excellent non-stick performance and resistance to wear, heat, and cleaning chemicals.
We apply single-coat and multi-coat PTFE and PFA systems, including high-performance formulations where additional durability, release performance, or service life is required. Coating selection is based on operating temperature, abrasion exposure, cleaning regimes, and product handling requirements.
Beyond food manufacturing, Siltech also coats industrial components where reduced friction, chemical resistance, and surface protection are required. Each coating process is carefully controlled to ensure consistent thickness, adhesion, and repeatable performance across production runs.
All coating work is carried out in New Zealand, with a strong focus on quality control, process consistency, and confidentiality for customer equipment and designs.
